Express jetting plumbing and maintenance have install these valves on internal hot water systems when there is no available drainage to connect to. The Mildred Valve is a watermark approved, water leak-sensing automated shut-off valve for internally installed hot water systems. It senses a leak in the safe tray then automatically shuts off the water supply to the heater.

The Express jetting plumbing and Maintenance team got a call out for a blocked sewer from one of our Strata agents, that we attended with jet and camera in tow. Previous plumber couldn't get the job done properly  as we were called 2 days after they had been. we discovered issues with the reflux valve and tree roots in the line. We got the sewer unblocked for them but will require a dig up, we'll keep you guys posted.
